If specific instructions regarding image placement, font selection, or other design elements are not provided with your order, we will proceed with the design to the best of our ability. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for any dissatisfaction resulting from the absence of clear instructions.

The Ginger Coo will never reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or documentation submitted to us for purposes outside of fulfilling your order without your explicit permission.

Product Variation & Colour Disclaimer

All of our products are designed and printed by hand. While we strive to ensure consistency in positioning, style, and colour across all items, slight variations may occur. Due to the nature of the printing process, we cannot guarantee an exact match between individual products.

Additionally, colours may appear differently depending on the device or screen used for viewing and the material (substrate) on which they are printed. These variations are beyond our control, and The Ginger Coo cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies in colour representation.

If you have specific concerns regarding colour accuracy, design placement, or consistency -particularly for larger orders – we strongly recommend ordering a sample item before proceeding with a full order.

Order Amendments

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any amendments; however, changes can only be made if the product has not yet been printed. Once production has begun, we are unable to make modifications.

Customer Responsibility for Order Accuracy

The Ginger Coo will not be held responsible for errors in customer input, including but not limited to spelling mistakes. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully before submitting an order. Please double-check your information to ensure accuracy, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes made during the ordering process.

PAYMENT & PRICING

Currency

All prices shown on the The Ginger Coo website (unless logged in as a trade user) are in Pound Sterling (£/GBP) and include VAT. The cost to you may vary depending on your method of payment and are subject to credit/debit card fees and currency conversation costs.

Pricing

The Ginger Coo reserves the right to modify any advertised prices on its website at any time. In the event that an error is discovered after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to pay the corrected amount or receive a full refund if the order has already been paid. If we are unable to reach you to resolve the discrepancy, we will consider the order cancelled and issue a full refund.

Cancellation

The Ginger Coo reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund. Orders may be cancelled, for example, if the images are deemed to infringe upon copyright, are found to be detrimental to The Ginger Coo’s brand, or contain designs that are considered indecent, threatening, or discriminatory.

In the event that an item requested is unavailable, The Ginger Coo will contact the customer to provide an estimated availability date. Should this not be acceptable, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

For deliveries outside of the UK, please contact us prior to placing your order. Orders with delivery locations outside the UK, made without prior confirmation from The Ginger Coo, will be subject to cancellation.

Non-Payment

Should an order be made, and payment not received within 30 days, the order will be cancelled.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a replacement or refund (including delivery charges), we will require a photo of both the packaging and the damaged item. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that customer design errors, including spelling mistakes or low-quality images, are not considered damaged items.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We are unable to refund any items where the fault has been caused by the artwork sent to us. If you would like to discuss any issues, please get in touch.

WHOLESALE TERMS

Credit Account Terms

A Credit Account Application must be completed before a credit account can be opened with The Ginger Coo. By submitting the form, you agree to the following terms:

Full payment of any invoice issued by The Ginger Coo is due strictly within 30 days from the invoice date.
Any costs incurred by The Ginger Coo due to overdue payments must be paid in full, in addition to the original invoiced amount.
Ownership of any goods purchased under these credit terms will remain with The Ginger Coo until full payment has been received.
By providing your references, you authorise The Ginger Coo to obtain any necessary information required to open a credit account.

Damages & Defects

Please note that customer design errors, including spelling mistakes or low-quality images, are not considered damaged items.

VAT

When logged in as a wholesale user, prices are shown exclusive of VAT – this will be added during the checkout process.
