PROCESSING TIME
Printed orders
Depending on the size of your order, printed items may take 2-4 working days from your order date to be processed and dispatched. However, we pride ourselves in a fast turn-around and often send orders within 2 working days!
If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Courier
The courier we use depends on the quantity of your items.
Smaller parcels are normally sent Royal Mail 2nd Class (~2 days delivery time), whilst larger orders are sent via one of our courier partners (~1-3 day delivery time).
Please be aware that delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive but we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a replacement or refund (including delivery charges), we will require a photo of both the packaging and the damaged item. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Please note that customer design errors, including spelling mistakes or low-quality images, are not considered damaged items.

Faulty items
In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We are unable to refund any items where the fault has been caused by the artwork sent to us. If you would like to discuss any issues, please get in touch. Delivery costs outside of the UK
Delivery costs to the rest of the world vary. If you would like to get a quote, please let us know your location and desired items and we will get back to you as soon as can. We do our best to keep your orders safe and secure whilst also finding the best price for you.
Delivery times outside of the UK
Generally, delivery times to the rest of Europe take 5-10 working days. Delivery outside of Europe can take 5-14 working days.
