What types of products do you sell?

We offer a range of premium and affordable printed products, including glass worktop savers, bone china mugs, and ceramic tiles. We’re always looking to expand our range, so keep an eye out for new additions! Can’t find what you’re looking for? Let us know.

We use a special technique that ‘tattoos’ the design onto the item. This means that the design is highly resistant to fading and will not scratch off. For mugs and washable items, this also means that they are dishwasher and microwave safe.

All of our products are designed and printed in the UK. We aim to support local businesses and artists wherever we can and are constantly looking to expand our range to include more homegrown products and talent.

Yes! There are simply so many products that it would be impossible for us to list every one on our website and still have time to carry out your orders! If there’s something you are looking for and can’t find it, just let us know and we will do our best to source it for you.

YOUR ORDER

I want to make a large order, can you offer a discount?

If you are ordering for an organisation or business, please contact us and we can arrange a trade account. Alternatively, go to our Wholesale page where you can create an account. Once it has been approved, you will receive an email which will contain your login instructions.

Simply head to our Shop page and browse our catalogue. If you prefer to do things slightly more traditionally, send us an email, give us a call or organise a visit to our workshop to chat in person! 

No, there’s no minimum order! Whether you’re looking for a single unique piece or a larger batch, you’re free to order as many or as few products as you like. Every order, big or small, gets the same level of care and attention to quality.

We offer a range of secure online payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. We also accept bank transfers, and cash on delivery – please contact us to arrange this.

Payment using all major cards is processed directly on our website using PayPal or Stripe security. You do not need an account for these.

Of course! We supply a huge range of organisations with branded products, from the gift shop along the road to Premiership football teams and world-famous bands! Get in touch with your plans and we will do our best to accommodate these and make your vision come true.

Yes! Head to our Wholesale Account page to create your account. Once we have received your application and information, we will send you further instructions. 

Yes! We supply various small to large businesses selling their products all over the world through various means. Get in touch to set this up.

Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk orders! The exact rate depends on the quantity and the products you’re interested in. Please get in touch with us directly, and we’ll be happy to provide a tailored quote to suit your needs.

How do I send your my photos/designs?

You can upload your images directly to our website during the product design process. Simply select your desired product, click “Customise”, and follow the steps to create your design. Once you’re happy with it, our system will send it to us for printing.

If you’d prefer, you can also send your design to us via email. You’re also welcome to drop off your design at our workshop – just get in touch to arrange a time.

We have far too many designs to upload to our website, so please get in touch should you not find the one you are after. We have hundreds – possibly thousands – of designs available and are sure to have something to suit your needs.

Any logos, trademarks, copyrighted, or licensed images submitted to The Ginger Coo must be done so with the explicit permission of the rightful owner. By providing these images, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorisation to use them.

We reserve the right to reject any designs that may infringe on intellectual property rights. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

If you don’t want to create your product using our designer, you can easily send us any designs created in Photoshop, Canva and more via email. If you’re unsure of anything, feel free to get in touch and discuss your specifications with us personally. We will be happy to help and give guidance on designs and ideas as best we can.

Can I pick up my order from your workshop?

Yes! Please get in touch to arrange this.

Delivery costs vary on the quantity and type of items in your order. For more information, please see our Shipping page. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Depending on the size of your order, printed items may take 2-4 working days from your order date to be processed and dispatched. However, we pride ourselves in a fast turn-around and often send orders within 2 working days!

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Yes! We have many customers outside of the UK and greatly appreciate their business. If you require an order to be delivered abroad, please contact us so we can work out the cheapest and most effective form of delivery for you. *Please note: Payment must be made in British Pounds (GBP).

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

How do I create a wholesale order?

You can make all your orders using our website. Simply click on Wholesale Account in the top right-hand corner of your screen and follow the instructions provided.

If online ordering isn’t for you, contact us and we will do our best to offer an alternative method.

No! You can order as many, or as few items as you like. 

Printed items are normally dispatched within 7 working days, depending on the size of your order. For smaller orders, we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.

Absolutely! We are more than happy to take orders in person, on the phone, or via any other method noted on our contact us page.

We offer a strict 30 day credit policy. Please contact us to arrange this.

We offer a variety of payment methods for wholesale customers, including:
